Studio Policies

Sickness
If you are sick or experiencing symptoms such as coughing, fever, sore throat, strep throat, diarrhea, etc. (whether contagious or uncertain), please stay home and notify your instructor as soon as possible. If you are recovering but still coughing or showing any related non-contagious symptoms, please wear a face mask to cover your mouth when attending lessons.

Absences
Absences must be reported to your instructor at least 12 hours before your scheduled lesson to avoid cancellation fees. The lesson fee will not appear on the bill for the following month if absences are reported within 12 hours, but a make-up lesson will be scheduled during the same month. If absences are reported within 2 hours of your scheduled lesson time, a cancellation fee equal to the full lesson fee will be charged.

Rescheduling
All lessons are scheduled for the semester at a time that works for both students and instructors. If you need to reschedule, please contact your instructor at least 12 hours in advance to check availability and avoid any fees. This follows the same policy as "Absences."

Tardiness
Students are responsible for arriving on time. Instructors may choose to extend the lesson at their discretion, but there is no guarantee of an extension.

Discontinuation of Lessons and Studio Departure
If a student decides to leave the studio, stop their studies, or take a long break from lessons, they must inform the instructor at least 4 weeks prior to their last lesson.

Payment
We accept Zelle or Venmo for monthly lesson payments, but we do not accept payments with any transaction fees deducted from the original amount.
